The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Procedure of Departure from Ukraine and Arrival to Ukraine for the citizens of Ukraine” (re receive of a passport by service age citizens)

The legislative act excludes the provision from the Law “On the Procedure of Departure from Ukraine and Arrival to Ukraine for the citizens of Ukraine” under which, the right of the citizen of Ukraine to travel abroad can be temporary restricted if “he is subject to conscription for active military service, until the issue of occupational deferment is settled.”

The respective bill was registered under No. 2857.
